Abstract

|
Many cases of artificial conceptions have been crowned with success and these techni-ques are occupied as a usual medical care for infertile couples, but produced many medicolegal problems.
Therefore this article discussed voluntary control of medical indications and scope of artificial conception and their escalation, culture of fertilized ovum and fetus, studies for reproductive heredity and human right, personality of fertilized ovum, freeze fertilized
ovum and its implantation, surrogate mother and parentage, and change of marriage system, etc.
